The Process

Let’s find a time and day that works for us both. If anything unexpected
arises, please let me know and we can find the next available date and time for your booking.
We will work together in deciding the location and outfit/s for your shoot. If you have a preferred location, feel free to let me know. Otherwise, I will suggest a few locations that suit the theme. Unless you have an idea of what you’d like to wear on the day, I am happy to bounce some ideas with you too.
I am here to help you plan your session to your liking so you are prepared and comfortable for your session day!

Session day
No need to panic or stress out. If you are feeling uncomfortable or not sure what to do, let me know. We can have a quick chat (maybe get a cuppa), get to know each other, and take a moment to breathe and relax until you are ready.
I’m here to guide and help you throughout your whole session.

delivery
Your photos will be edited on the same day. You will receive an online gallery where you can download your photos.
What should I/we wear?
Show me the outfit/s you're planning to wear. If you are unsure, I will send a mood board and you can choose what you like best from there.
How do I book?
You can book your session by filling up the form on the website or by messaging me on Instagram, Facebook or email at yaneeimperial@gmail.com
When will we get our photos?
On the day. Once your photos have been edited, you will receive an online gallery link. Here you can download all your photos, choose your favorites and share them on social media and everywhere else.
Do I pay a deposit?
Yes, please refer to pricing.
How do I pay?
Full payment will be due 48 hours before the session day. Payment will be through bank transfer.
Do you choose the location?
No, we will be working together on this. I will ask you first if you have a preferred location. Otherwise, I can suggest some locations depending on the theme or feel that you want. Most of my shoots happen outdoors (forest, mountain, beach, by the lake, etc.).
What if I need to reschedule/cancel my shoot?
Please give 48 hours notice to reschedule to a different date for no extra cost.
If you want to cancel your shoot, the deposit will not be refunded.
